Raised in Kagoshima
Started culinary career at a creative Japanese restaurant in Kagoshima.
Trained at the traditional Tempura restaurant "Yotaro" in Osaka.
Returned to Kagoshima and opened "Meizan Taka" after working at several companies.
Established "Miroku" following the relocation of "Meizan Taka".
We use seasonal ingredients mainly from Kagoshima and create menus based on daily fresh ingredients.
Our cooking focuses on bringing out the natural flavors of the ingredients, with a touch of simplicity rather than flamboyance.
Our specialty, sesame tofu, has been a signature dish since the days of "Meizan Taka".
Enjoy our refined dishes that enhance and polish the ingredients' flavors.
We offer course meals to fully enjoy "Miroku".
